We keep the four mandates on one desk on purpose. The person who helps you buy an aircraft is accountable for how it flies afterward — which is a strong reason to advise you honestly the first time. If the mission does not justify owning, we will tell you to lease or charter instead, even though it earns us less.
We are paid by you, not by the seller. That is the whole reason we can tell you to walk away from a deal.
