What it's actually like to work with us.
Not a cabin, not a brochure. The Dreamliner experience is the relationship, the process and the judgement you deal with from the first conversation to the day the aircraft is yours — and every day it flies afterward.
One relationship, not a relay race.
Most people who buy an aircraft describe the same thing afterward: a chain of strangers. A broker who disappears at closing, a manager who inherits a file they never built, a charter desk that has never heard your name. Each handoff is where the work — and the accountability — quietly falls through.
Working with us feels different for one structural reason: the same desk stays with you across the whole life cycle of the aircraft. The people who advise you on the purchase are the people who answer the phone two years later. Nothing is re-explained to anyone.
That continuity is the experience. Everything below is just what it looks like in practice.
How we deal with the people we work for.
A small number of clients, handled properly, rather than a large volume handled quickly. What that means for you, concretely:
Discretion by default
Every relationship begins under an NDA. Your name does not reach a counterparty until you approve it, and we do not name our clients to anyone — including to win yours.
Advice that can cost us the deal
Because you pay us, not the seller, we can tell you to walk away — or not to buy at all. An advisor paid by the other side has no reason to say either.
One point of contact
You are not passed between departments. The same desk carries your file from the first brief through delivery and into everyday operation.
Nothing moves on a handshake.
The parts that protect you are the parts we refuse to rush. This is how the work is actually done.
Documented before it's decided
Mission, shortlist and valuation come to you in writing, with the reasoning — including for the aircraft we ruled out.
Priced against reality
Valuations run against comparable completed sales, not asking prices. What things actually closed at, not what they were advertised for.
Money kept safe
Title search before any deposit, funds in escrow, and voice verification on every transfer. Wire fraud is the real risk in this business, not the aircraft.
Accountable after delivery
Registration, insurance, crew and management continue with the same desk. The relationship does not end at closing.
Judgement is the product.
Anyone can pull a listing. What you are actually paying for is the judgement to read a logbook, price a market, and know which quiet problem sinks a deal — the kind of call that only comes from having done this many times, on many types, in many markets.
Our desks sit in Miami, Medellín, Valencia and Da Nang, close to where aircraft, capital and crew actually move. That reach is not for show; it is how off-market aircraft and vetted counterparties reach you before they reach a public listing.
The experience starts with a conversation.
Tell us how you actually fly, under an NDA, before any figures are discussed. You'll feel the difference in the first call.
