Where we operate
Based in the Americas, working everywhere
Most brokers are a US desk with a Latin American phone number. We are on both sides — and where we don't hold a desk, we work with counterparties we have already transacted with.

Write to us
The more you tell us, the better the first answer.
Only your name and email are required. Everything else simply means we can come back with something useful instead of a request for more information. An NDA is available before any figures are discussed.

Questions
The ones people ask before they call
If yours isn't here, ask it directly — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
Working with us
How do you charge?
On a mandate basis, agreed in writing before we start. On a purchase we are paid by you, not by the seller — which is why we can tell you to walk away from a deal. On a sale it is a success fee on completion. There is no charge for the first conversation and no retainer to find out whether we can help.
Do you represent both sides of a transaction?
Never. One party per deal. If we already act for the other side, we say so immediately and step back.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. An NDA is signed before figures are discussed, nothing is listed publicly without your instruction, and your name does not reach a counterparty until you approve it.
Do you work outside the Americas?
Yes. Our client base is concentrated in the Americas, but aircraft, buyers and inspectors are global. Where we don't hold a desk we work through counterparties we have already transacted with, and we tell you who they are.
Buying
How long does buying an aircraft usually take?
From mandate to delivery, typically 60 to 120 days. The search itself can be fast; what sets the timeline is the pre-purchase inspection and any discrepancies it finds. Anyone promising a fixed date before inspection is guessing.
Can you help with financing?
We introduce you to lenders and lessors active in aviation and prepare the documentation they ask for. We are not a lender, and we do not take a commission from them for the introduction.
What about registration and ownership structure?
We coordinate with your counsel and tax adviser on registry choice, ownership vehicle and import duties. We do not give legal or tax advice ourselves — we make sure the people who do have what they need, on time.
Should I be buying at all?
Often the answer is no. Below roughly 200 flight hours a year, charter, a jet card or a lease usually costs less than ownership. We will say so before you commit, not after.
Selling
How do you value my aircraft?
Against comparable completed sales, not asking prices. Age, total time, engine programme status, damage history and records quality drive the number far more than the model does.
Will you list it publicly?
Only on your instruction. Many aircraft sell better off-market, through a controlled approach to buyers we have already vetted. A public listing that sits unsold for months costs you value.
What should I prepare before we start?
Logbooks, AD compliance status, damage history and current inspection status. Most aircraft sell below value because the file wasn't ready — fixing that first is usually worth more than any marketing.
How long will it take to sell?
It depends on type, condition and market. What we can commit to is telling you honestly at the outset what we think the range is, and updating it as real enquiries come in rather than restating the original estimate.
Still unsure? Ask us directly — the first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.
