We represent you, and only you.
Most aircraft sell below value for the same reason: the file wasn't ready, or the sale went to market before it should have. This is our process in full — including what it costs and where you stay in control.
Confidential brief
An NDA is signed before any figure is discussed. You tell us the aircraft and why you're selling; we tell you plainly whether now is the right time and whether we're the right desk. No charge, no obligation.
Records and valuation
We value against comparable completed sales, not asking prices — age, total time, engine programme status, damage history and records quality drive the number far more than the model does. Then we prepare the file, because most aircraft sell below value because the file wasn't ready. Fixing that first is usually worth more than any marketing.
Controlled market approach
We list publicly only on your instruction. Many aircraft sell better off-market, through a controlled approach to buyers we have already vetted. A public listing that sits unsold for months costs you value — and that's hard to undo.
Offers and negotiation
Every offer comes to you with the reasoning behind it — including the weak ones and why. We negotiate on your side of the table only, because we are paid by you, not by the buyer.
Inspection and closing
Pre-purchase inspection at a facility you both accept, records handed over, title, escrow and contract. Funds and documents move together, and nothing closes on a handshake.
We are paid by you, on completion — a success fee agreed in writing before we start. We never take a fee from the buyer, and we never represent both sides of a sale. That's what lets us push for your number instead of whatever closes fastest.
There's no charge for the first conversation and no retainer to find out what your aircraft is worth and whether now is the time to sell it.
If the honest answer is "hold it for now," that's the answer you'll get — even though it earns us nothing today.
Three things only you decide
Whether to go to market
After the valuation you may decide the timing is wrong. Holding is a legitimate answer, and we'll tell you when we think it's the right one.
Whether it's listed publicly
Public listing happens only on your instruction. If discretion matters more than reach, we run the whole sale off-market.
Which offer to take
We bring you every offer with our reasoning, but the decision is yours. We never pressure a close to bank a fee.
Start with what it's
actually worth
Tell us the aircraft and we'll tell you the range — honestly, and before you commit to selling.
A valuation is an orientation, not a guarantee of sale price. Final value depends on inspection results, records and the market at the time of sale — we go through all three with you.
